Job Description:
Position: Store Manager
Responsibility:
- Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate store associates and assistant managers.
- Sales & Performance: Drive revenue, meet sales budgets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like average transaction value (ATV) and conversion rates.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, handle vendor orders, manage deliveries, and minimize shrinkage or loss.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure store layouts, promotional displays, and window sets align with corporate brand standards.
- Customer Service: Handle escalated customer complaints, model high-service standards, and maintain a welcoming shop floor.
- Operations & Compliance: Manage cash registers, budgets, reporting, and safety or health regulations.
Experience: 2 years – 6 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain , or related field / Diploma or certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management / ERP & MS Office
Salary: 2 LPA – 4 LPA
Location: Kolkata
